The SIPRHO catering fair is the main annual event dedicated to professionals in the catering, hotel and beach sectors. In 2026, it brought together more than 410 exhibitors and co-exhibitors and attracted 21,588 qualified professionals (figures certified by Expo’Stat, the official certification body).

The next edition of our trade show will take place on February 8, 9 and 10, 2027 in Montpellier, in the Hérault (34). With more than 500 brands represented, our 2027 catering show will offer a unique place to discover the latest innovations, meet suppliers and exchange with experts in the sector on 20,025 m² of exhibition space.

In 15 years, SIPRHO has become one of the largest restaurant fairs in France, retaining its human spirit and presenting a magnificent decoration. In the Montpellier Exhibition Centre, it recreates real beaches with sand, palm trees, coconut palms, olive trees, tiki bars, and straw huts.

The SIPRHO 2027 restaurant is therefore the unmissable event for hospitality professionals (restaurateurs, hoteliers, etc.) who wish to equip themselves for the summer season.

The SIPRHO Salon des Plages, de la Restauration et de l'Hôtellerie is very easy to access: 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, the airport, the Sud de France train station and a tram stop. It is also very close to the beach and the sea.
