SIPRHO Montpellier 2026: with +8% attendance, the show continues to grow with hospitality professionals
Held from 9 to 11 February 2026 at the Parc des Expositions, the 2026 edition of the SIPRHO Montpellier trade fair has seen an increase in attendance. The show welcomed 21,588 professionals over three days (figures certified by Expo’Stat), an increase of 8% compared to the previous edition. The 2026 edition is distinguished not only by an increase in attendance, but also by an upmarket visitor, with a reinforced presence of decision-makers and qualified project leaders. Restaurant owners represent 38% of visitors, ahead of bar professionals (18%), hoteliers (15%) and local food shops (14%) such as bakers, pastry chefs, butchers, delicatessens and ice cream makers. Visitors come mainly from the south of France, with a strong representation from the departments of Occitanie (Hérault, Gard, Pyrénées-Orientales, Haute-Garonne), as well as neighbouring territories such as Bouches-du-Rhône, Var, Vaucluse and Drôme. Another striking indicator: 46% of visitors were taking part in the event for the first time.

In terms of exhibitors, this year SIPRHO had more than 410 exhibiting or co-exhibiting companies, mainly regional and national. But the show is expanding its borders by now welcoming European companies from Italy, Spain, Belgium, England, Germany, and a few from the United States and Vietnam. This diversity confirms the growing attractiveness of the show.
“Seeing professionals come from further and further afield, with concrete projects and purchase intentions, confirms the relevance of the offer presented at the show,” say Cynthia Tremblay, Mathias Barrios and Sébastien Sanchez, the founders of the show (KONK organisation).

The SIPRHO Beach Party and the Mix’O Contest: events within the event
The highlight of this edition, the SIPRHO Beach Party brought together more than 3,000 participants on a 3,800 m² ephemeral beach. An evening punctuated by original entertainment and a festive atmosphere that has become emblematic of the show. “Business is essential, but so is the human connection. The Beach Party perfectly embodies the SIPRHO spirit: to work seriously but not to forget to have fun. »
The mixology competition brought together 8 candidates around two cocktail creation tests on the theme of “tales and legends”. The big winner of this 2nd edition: Dylan Goncalves, consultant and trainer in mixology, founder of the company Bar Conseil (Montpellier).

Heading for 2027
With this momentum, SIPRHO Montpellier is already preparing its 2027 edition (17th edition) with several ambitions: to develop spaces for reflection dedicated to the major changes in the sector through the organisation of several talks, to strengthen business highlights between exhibitors and professionals, and to create an event dedicated to the CHR innovations presented at the show.
“The objective is also to attract new qualified visitors by extending our area of influence to the centre and west of France,” continue the organisers. “Every year since its creation, the show has progressed. Our ambition is clear: to continue its development, but in a controlled way, without ever compromising our values or the requirement for quality. 2027 will be a new strategic stage for us with the densification of sectoral highlights in order to bring even more added value to our visitors and exhibitors. »
The next edition of the SIPRHO Fair will be held at the Montpellier Exhibition Centre, on 8, 9, and 10 February 2027.
